This is a fusion khichdi recipe. Recently during my event "Poshan Ka Pitara" by Bilimora International School I made this dish, all the kids comes on the stage and had this, they loved it so much, so as my son Panash. If you are a khichdi lover then you must try this recipe. You can replace all exotic vegetables with routine one.
Ingredients: (Serves 4 - 5 person)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
3 Chopped Onions
3 Grated Tomatoes
1 tsp Chilly Flakes
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Cup Cooked Kidney Beans
1/2 Cup Broccoli
1 Green Capsicum
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/2 Yellow Capsicum
2 tbsp Sweetcorn
Water as Required
1 tbsp Ketchup
1-1/2 Cup Cooked Rice (1/4 Cup Regular Rice)
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander
