Ketupat is a food made from rice.The taste not much different from lontong, it'has different the packaging. Lontong uses banana leaves, while ketupat uses "janur" which is young coconut leaves. So ketupat sayur is a combination of ketupat mixed with various types of dishes. We just need to adjust it with our tongue.
