Kourtney Kardashian’s Avocado Pudding (2 Ways!)
1 Whole Avocado
1 cup Coconut Milk
2-3 tsp Honey (If you make Chocolate pudding you may need more honey!)
2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
Regular Avocado Pudding:
In a blender or food processor add in the avocado, honey, collagen peptides, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding:
Take your regular avocado pudding and add your cacao powder and 2-3 more teaspoons of raw honey. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
