Advanced Prowlers claw techniques with alistar (jg/support/mid/top)

Alistar is quite the powerful champion in season 11. But how have the item changes affected him? although an on hit build with lich bane and nashors tooth is still preffered in the jungle (for an optimal clear), in support or mid, a more common practise is now prowlers claw, which allows for play making and lethal auto damage. High plats may be able to attempt theses strateges but diamond is recommended.
