येसरी बनाउनुहोस चिकेन थुक्पा सारै मीठो हुन्छ: - 1 liter water 1 tsp oil 1 tsp salt 1 lb thukpa noodles Apply the oil on top of the noodles Add 2 tbsp oil Add 1 lb boneless chicken 4 garlic cloves sliced Small sized ginger sliced 3 green chilies sliced Add small sized onion sliced Add green and red bell peppers sliced 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes Add 1 cup cabbage sliced 2 cups water or Chicken stock ½ tsp crushed Sichuan pepper (timur) 2 tsp soy sauce ½ lime juice Add chopped cilantro Add 1 tsp black pepper powder Garnish with chopped spring onion Clear Chicken soup or Chicken stock Add 1 tbsp hog plum powder (lapsi ko dhulo) Salt as per the taste Add 1 tbsp butter ENJOY _________________________________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
