No baby movements in 20 weeks - Is it normal | வயிற்றில் குழந்தையின் அசைவு தெரியவில்லையா

Most people ask me this question during the 5th month anomaly scan: Doctor, during my first pregnancy, I was able to feel the baby's movements from 20 weeks or 5 months. But with this pregnancy, it's been almost 5 months, but I haven't felt any movement. Or I have felt baby movements so soon this time. Or my friend is able to feel her baby's movement, but I can't, even though we got conceived around the same time with just a few weeks difference. Usually, for 1st-time mothers, it will take a minimum of 20 to 21 weeks on a routine which is 5 months or exactly during the 5th-month scan; they start feeling mild butterfly movements. They say they feel some movement in the tummy, but they can't explain what it is. This feeling starts very mildly, as if someone taps you.
