How To Test Microwave Oven Thermostat

The thermostat cuts off the electric power for the microwave oven when the temperature of the magnetron or the temperature of the microwave cabin is higher than a pre-determined allowable range. You will have to remove the cover of the microwave to access it. To test it, disconnect power from the main outlet. Then remove two wires from the thermostat & test for continuity across it with an multimeter.
