Chicken Pickle Recipe / Murgh Ka Achaar / Homemade Chicken Pickle Simple and Easy Method

Home made chicken pickle or Achari chicken...at home easy and simple recipe!!! with mouth watering flavours ready in minutes...Try to make this at home and u will love the taste of this pickle...chicken in lemon...tasty recipe of lemon chicken in minutes at home...make this mouth watering dish with only few ingredients...ur family shall love it...Sour n tasty achari chicken in lemon....special dish for chicken and lemon lovers...delicious n tasty dish...suits with roti ..paratha...phulka or bread...u can store this chicken achar for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator...n enjoy its taste for long..no need to worry as it has lemon in it which is good for digestion.Here is the description of the recipe....note down INGREDIENTS =========== Chicken - 300 gms Water - 1 cup Salt - 1/2 to 1 tea spoon according to taste Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic cloves - 6 to 7 Lemon juice - juice of two lemons approximately Red chilli powder - 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon Oil - 3 tablespoons Curry leaves - few Mustard seeds - few Cumin seeds - few METHOD ======= Take chicken in a bowl...add water , salt and turmeric to it...boil this for 10 to 15 minutes till the chicken is tender....in the mean time dry roast cumin and mustard seeds ,, grind it to a fine paste...even grind the garlic cloves ...after the water dries completely in the bowl add cumin and mustard powder , Red chilli powder , grinded garlic and lemon juice....mix these ingredients well...now heat the oil and add curry leaves , few mustard and cumin seeds and add this mixture in the chicken bowl...mix it well...and chicken pickle is ready to serve...You can enjoy it with chapati,, phulka or bread..even with rice ...!!
