Hi! All 🙋 Lemon contains vitamin C which helps keep body cool, clear the skin, increase immune system, detoxifies the body, reduce throat and cough infection and many more. Here one of the quickest summer healthiest drink which can make instantly at home with the very simple and easy method is the perfect fresh lemon juice. INGREDIENTS Lemon - 2 Ginger- inch Aloe Vera - medium size Water Sugar - 2 tsp Green chilli - 1 Mint leaf few Black salt as per taste Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Ice cubes Sabja seeds / Basil seeds - 1 tsp INGREDIENTS Additionally can add Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp PREPARATION 1. Pour water into a saucepan over low to medium flame heat, add lemon peel, Ginger and Aloe Vera cook for 2-3 minutes. 2. Strain and pour the water into a container add chilli (one half cut chilli), add mint leaf ( finely chopped), black salt, cumin seeds and black pepper and sugar, stir well. 3. Now add lemon juice, if you want can add ice cubes. 4. Fill a glass with basil seeds, Serve and enjoy in morning fresh drink. Thank you for watching this video ☺️.
