Rubber Band Powered Car for Sherrie PART 1 the build

Sherrie Van Der Vliet asked "I need to make a rubber band powered car go 4 meters in less than two seconds. Can you help me?" I already have rather a lot of rubber band powered cars in my Rubber Band Power playlist so the real challenge was to make one different to my previous projects.
