Daliya- 500gm
Vegetables -
Gourd - 2 cup ( chopped)
Green chilli - 1 ( chopped)
Capsicum - 1 small (chopped)
Coriander for decoration (chopped)
Tomato - 1( chopped)
Note =we can also add cabbage , peas , carrots... .choice is yours...

mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - A pinch
salt - to taste
asafoetida - 1#/2 tsp
ghee - 2 tbsp
Water according to measurement
1 bowl daliya = 3 bowl water
