I love banana in cakes, this probably one of my favorite recipes when it comes to fruit cake recipes, but you know what I was thinking on how can I make a banana cake that was gluten free and great for the people who really wanted to minimize their gluten or at least lower down their carbon intake
Here’s my solution Banana oat cakes with cranberries and almonds
Lets get cooking
Heres what you need
3 pieces of medium bananas
120g of oats
3 medium eggs
5g of baking powder
2 tbsps of milk
50g of sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp of almonds
1 tbsp of dried cranberries
15g of butter
a few drops of vanilla extract
