Oral B Toothbrush motor Tethered Electric Car Part 2

Magnetman2010 suggested I should try a tether car setup and Slider2732 has suggested I should try a fan driven hotwheels type car, so I tried to combine the two suggestions and the first attempt was underpowered so rather disappointing. The only change I made is to turn the propeller the right way round so we get the full power from it. I has to push a hole through the front of the prop as it didn't have one originally.
