Leftover Roti Pizza
Ingredients
Clarified butter/Ghee - 1 to 2 teaspoon
Leftover roti - 1 no
Sweet corn - as required
Green capsicum - 1/2 to 1 no finely chopped
Tomato sauce - as per taste
Cheese - as required grated
Salt - to taste
Red chili flakes - to taste
Mixed herbs - to taste
Namkeen sev - to taste
Instructions
1.Parboil the sweet corn in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, take the sweet corn in a bowl, add chopped capsicum, tomato sauce, grated cheese, salt to taste, red chili flakes and mixed herbs. Mix well.
2.Take the leftover roti, apply ghee on it. Place the filling over the roti, sprinkle grated cheese and namkeen sev.
3.Heat the tava, apply ghee on it. and place the roti on it. Sprinkle red chili flakes and mixed herbs on it. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till the cheese melts.
4.The Leftover Roti Pizza is ready to be served.

You can use either ghee or butter at room temperature for applying over the roti.
Parboil the sweet corn, in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
If you want, you can add pizza sauce, instead of tomato sauce for making the filling.
