WHO urges stricter measures as Belarus virus cases surge

The World Health Organisation warns Belarus of its soft approach to containing the spread of the novel coronavirus. "We've been able to see that case counts have doubled about two to three days indicating the beginning of community transmission," says Dr. Patrick O'Connor of the WHO's European office during a press conference.
