Welcome to a slower paced Vinyasa Power Yoga Flow. We will do a lot of planks with knee-ins, side planks and general core work. We will also do Crow Pose, Headstand and Wheel Pose if you are up for it. Besides that some stretching in Warrior II, Side Angle, Triangle and Extended Puppy Pose is included as well. We will also get into balancing in Warrior III and Half Moons. This is a well rounded full body slower paced flow. I hope you will enjoy it.
