Thoracic rotation stretch in half kneeling. Is your mid back (thoracic spine) feeling tight or restricted? Here's a movement that can help! By being in half kneeling with the forward leg pressed into the wall, you are limiting motion from the lumbar spine and encouraging more motion in the thoracic spine. Full inhales and exhales while performing these motions will help maximize the benefit. Give it a try and let us know what you think! Perform 5 -7 repetitions of both movements, then repeat on the other side.
